During your first visit, you will meet with your medical provider, review your medical history and other relevant information, and undergo a physical examination. Please bring a list of all medications you are currently taking, including over-the-counter and herbal supplements. A family member or caregiver is always welcome to come with you. Remember, however, that your provider may ask very personal questions. It is essential that you answer these questions honestly and thoroughly, as the answers may have significant implications for your care. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to register and complete the necessary paperwork.

When you have an appointment scheduled with your own provider, that is who you will see. If you need to schedule an appointment urgently and your provider is not available, we may ask if you would like to be seen by another medical provider. This often makes it possible for you to be seen sooner.

Please contact your pharmacy, and they will send us an electronic referral request. We prefer to do it this way to ensure your prescription is tracked properly and help us with our compliance in providing you with the best care you deserve.
 

Lab test and X-ray results may take up to 5 business days. If, after 5 business days, you have not heard back from our office, please log onto your Health Portal to verify results or call our office.

Please call 402-441-3575, and you will be directly connected to our Business Office. Their hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm.

Each insurance plan is unique; therefore, we recommend that you contact your insurance provider to determine if the anticipated services are covered under your individual plan. We are only able to provide quotes for the office visit portion of your visit. If the services are not covered, we can work with you to develop a payment plan.
