Dr. Tyson Carlson

Dr. Tyson Carlson, MD, is a dedicated and compassionate physician specializing in Family Medicine. Born and raised in Valparaiso, NE, he completed his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and earned his Medical Degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.

Dr. Carlson is board certified in family medicine from the American Academy of Family Practice. He has a deep commitment to preventive care, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a high quality of life through active lifestyles and honest communication with healthcare providers. He will be joining the Fallbrook Family Health Center starting July 15, 2024, and is eagerly accepting new patients.

Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Carlson cherishes time with his wife, Ashley, and their son, Braxton. His personal interests include outdoor activities, exercising, reading, watching sports, and exploring local wineries and breweries. He is an avid supporter of the Nebraska Huskers, the Red Sox, and the Lakers.
